MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Mixed emotions for the Mobile County District Attorney Friday following a hearing for the man accused of driving drunk and killing a woman earlier this week.Marice White is charged with manslaughter in the death of 66-year-old Martha Hinton.Police say White was behind the wheel when his vehicle left the road and hit Hinton's car killing her.Prosecutors wanted the judge to force White to wear an electronic monitor that would monitor alcohol use.
