MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Mobile city leaders joined Mayor Sandy Stimpson for a day long retreat Friday. The focus centered on long range planning and strengthening the relationship among leaders.

"The end result a sit continues to unfold is we'll have the opportunity to share some ideas and realize there are some things that we can do and we don't have to wait on some long process... to unfold," said Mayor Stimpson.

New York Times bestselling author Andy Andrews gave a presentation at the session.
