Download your free issue of Gypsy Jazz Guitar Secrets here: http://www.GypsyJazzSecrets.com - iTunes http://www.GypsyJazzSecrets-Android.com - Google Play Adding some Bach and Classical sophistication to you're solos or ensemble performances is a great way to step out of the usual swinging gypsy jazz for a bit. Basically what you're doing is playing through the chord changes in a more classical and straight harmonica way than playing jazz lines. You also change the feel from swinging 8ths to straight 8ths. Try it in your solo or for even more effect get the rhythm guitar to stop playing and all play together - this works when there's more than one soloist. It’s all about learning and absorbing these small tasty bite size ideas into your playing. Before you know it you’ve got a ton of great stuff at your fingertips! Swing Out!
