Do you play chess?

I don’t, but from what I understand it’s a very strategic game and you have to formulate a plan and arrange your chess pieces in a certain order at a certain time to prevail. 

Property investment is pretty similar. 

You need to formulate a plan and you have to purchase properties strategically. You have to know what type of property is best for your portfolio at that particular moment in time, but you also need to think about how buying this property now will affect the moves you make in the future. 

Not buying the right properties at the right time, could lead you to a check mate, and by the time you realise, it could be too late to turn the game around.
