This selfie stick is compact and fits in your pocket at 5.25" when retracted. The phone mount portion also flips down and stores nicely. The included wrist strap and carrying case are great for traveling, though the wrist strap was tricky to get in the tiny hole at the bottom; I had to use a pin to pull the small loop through. The selfie stick on its own weighs 3 oz.

The phone mount portion accommodates phone widths between 2 and 3 inches and the spring arm is made of two sturdy metal bars that do not bend or flex when extended. This thumbscrew allows you to adjust the angle of your phone 270 degrees. When fully extended the selfie stick is 26.5" long which is about a foot shorter than most, but still has a decent reach for taking nice photos and video. Although the phone mount does not rotate, it's easy to rotate the entire selfie stick to hold the phone vertically for portrait shots.

The unit paired easily and quickly to my Android phone. The only feature that didn't work for me were the two zoom buttons, presumably because I don't have compatible software. The instruction manual notes that the zoom buttons are compatible with Samsung phones, though not exclusively. With my default camera app, all three buttons acted as the shutter button. There is also a small, shiny, plastic oval on the back of the phone mount that is supposed to be used as a mirror for photos using the back camera. But it's so small that I really couldn't make out anything other than that it was generally pointed in the right direction.
