Ride shares, Lime scooters and Red Bike offering discounted, free rides for Election Day

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - If you need a ride to the polls Tuesday, there are plenty of discounted and even free transportation options.

Uber and Lyft are offering discounts. For Uber, you can use the promo code VOTE18 to get $10 off a ride. Lyft will give you 50-percent off promo code when you enter your zip code HERE and then entering the code you get in the app. 

Red Bike is also offering a free day pass with the promo code 8688318, and Lime is offering a free 30-minute scooter ride with the code LIME2VOTE18.

Kentucky and Indiana polls open at 6 a.m. In Ohio, voters can cast their ballots starting at 6:30 a.m.
