2 goldfinches, not the best quality video ever due to limitations of equipment, but they are very lovely birds. Its good to leave some tall plants like this carrying seed heads into the winter to feed highly specialised birds like this. PS Sheppeys, the excellent traditional cider makers of Bradford on Tone, near Taunton in Devon, make bottled ciders called Goldfinch and Bullfinch, both lovely ciders with paintings of the birds on the label.
