X-Men Red #2 continues the strong sense of story telling that we found in issue #1. Tom Taylor sticks to his strengths and provides a unique voice to every character, with Jean Grey holding the top spot in the story. She is the heart of the book, with Nightcrawler being the soul, X-23 Laura Kinney being direct and Gabby adding the comic relief. Not only do we see the introduction of two new members to the team, but we find an old enemy, the Sentinals, back in action and ready to take on the new team.
