MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Mayor Sandy Stimpson is returning money to the city for his share of throws in the upcoming parades.Stimpson's share is close to $2,500. Stimpson's offer comes as the city looks to bounce back from a $4 million deficit.The mayor said he plans on being an active participant during Mardi Gras, but will not ride on a float.
