MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) The sounds of the bands and the crackle of the fireworks from the MoonPie Over Mobile festivities have been replaced with the sight of trash.Raymond Eager, with Mobile Parks and Recreation, spent his entire New Year's Day picking up the pieces in Bienville Square.Cups, confetti and cardboard scattered across the park that was transformed into a stage on Tuesday night. Mobile Parks and Recreation will be back out on the streets on Thursday. The street sweepers will also be back out soon.
