Church Gives Back to Community

MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) A local church gave back to the community Saturday by giving away free gasoline. Courts of Praise Christian Center raised $2,000 to give to drivers in need of fuel. Pastor Lett said Saturday's event was a way to spread a positive message. "So this year, let's go big, let's give away gas and then everybody was like yes, let's do it so that's where we are," Lett said, "people were here lined up early. They came through, it was organized and better organized than I thought it would be." A total of 135 cars received the free fuel.
