MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Local 15 News reached out to Mobile County Schools spokesperson Nancy Pierce to get answers involving the several students at Williamson High School who fell ill after lunch.

Pierce said kids complained of not feeling well. Some threw up and one was hospitalized. We're told the student that was hospitalized suffered from high blood pressure.

As a precaution, the food was changed after the first lunch wave.
