Red Snapper Season Starts Sunday

MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI)  The
recently shortened snapper season will begin after midnight.

The gulf waters will open for anglers looking to reel in red
snapper, but there are new stipulations this year.


The snapper bag limit is two fish with a 16 inch minimum
size limit.


The season will end June 10, making this year
the shortest season on record at just nine days.
