MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Santa is making a few early stops in the Port City ahead of Christmas day. The guy in the big red suit paid a visit to families at the Mulherin Custodial Home Friday.

Santa and his elves passed out gifts while others enjoyed lunch, music and entertainment.

Project Design Group was behind Friday's initiative.
