Heather Keaton Wants Trial Moved

MOBILE Ala. (WPMI) Heather Keaton, who is accused of murdering two small children is set to appear in court Tuesday. Keaton has asked the court to move her trial due to pre-trial publicity. Last week her defense attorney asked that Tuesdays hearing be continued because their polling expert who would make a determination about possible jury prejudice is not done with the report. A judge has not ruled on that request yet. Keaton's common-law husband John Deblase has already been found guilty and sentenced to death for his role in the murder of Natalie and Chase Deblase.
