New Drug Found in Alabama

GADSEN, Ala. (WPMI) A new narcotic was discovered at a recent drug bust in Gadsen, Alabama. DEA officials say it's so new they are still trying to classify it.

The synthetic drug is called AB-Pinaca. Officials say the drug is a white powder commonly used to make Spice.

Authorities say the amount of AB-Pinaca found has a street value of more than $100,000 and was allegedly shipped to the home from China.

Two people were arrested as a result of the bust.
