MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Next week we could learn more details in the murder of 8-year-old Hiawayi Robinson. 

Her father, Hiawatha Robinson Junior, is charged with murder and sodomy in her death. Robinson is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday in Mobile. 

Hiawayi disappeared this past September. Her body was found two days after she was reported missing. 

Hiawatha Robinson was charged in her death in December.
