My final suited dead training session at aberdeens timber gym  before the iron gladiators meet in Olympia july 17th, I plan on 700 being my second attempt there. I weighed 209 the morning before this session  This was a PR for me and I was pretty pleased with it, I'm wearing a tital velocity in the vid, a friend filmed me with my phone (so the quality is poor sorry)  feel free to ask questions
