MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) The Mobile County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a man was shot in both legs.It happened around 7:40 Tuesday night.Mack Cowan, 46, told detectives he was shot twice below the knee in each leg by his nephew, Joseph Cowan.Cowan was uncooperative with MCSO detectives and repeated several times that he did not want to press charges on his nephew.Officials tell Local 15 the victim was treated in the old Delchamps parking lot at the corner of Moffet and Schillinger Roads.The investigation is on going and Local 15 News will continue to bring the latest as details become available.
