Thank you for the requests! I've used the characters you have requested in the order that I found those requests. It's quite a shame that Random does not exist in Quickplay (not really sure why, considering it exists in Arena). If you want to make a request, here are the rules: 1. One request per person until I put up that request. Then you may request another. 2. Alternate colors may be specified if you want. I've unlocked all the characters since--that's why it took so long between the last SSBU video and this one actually. There will be three videos in this session, so the "B" and "C" videos will be just picking characters willy-nilly. Match #1 Pokémon Stadium 2 Timed Stock (3 Stock, 7 Minutes) I AM PLAYER 1 (Wii Fit Trainer) Opponents: Player 2: Monkey_D (Zelda) Player 3: apple (Mii Swordfighter) Music: "Pokémon Gym/Evolution - Pokémon Red / Pokémon Blue" This request was to use Wii Fit Trainer in the green clothes, from HellaBright. This battle was when I realized that, yes, you can use the Mii Fighters in random battles now. They're rather rare (at least from my perspective), and the only one I've seen on Spectate used the default look for the Mii Swordfighter, though apple here has a nonstandard look. Arcade Bunny has gained some infamy in this game as an Assist Trophy due to it being essentially a Galaga with three tries, and you can see why they'd see him as overpowered here. (Arcade Bunny comes from Nintendo Badge Arcade, a freemium game in which you collect stickers of images from other Nintendo games, so it's only fitting that he'd show up in a biggest Nintendo compilation game.) I would say there is at least one Assist Trophy even more overpowered than him though. More on that in Match #3. Match #2 Yoshi's Island (Brawl) Timed Stock (3 Stock, 5 Minutes) I AM PLAYER 1 (Villager) Opponents: Player 2: Snappysm (Inkling) Player 3: PeeAnKeele (Marth) Player 4: CaliStilo (Zero Suit Samus) Music: "Main Theme - Yoshi New Island" I feel like I already showed Villager on this stage, did I? Or am I confusing that with something else? In any case, MrMariosonicman has requested I use Villager with the pink color scheme. After I planted the tree, the others positioned themselves such that I'd never get a viable time to use it again. Clearly, those who played Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and/or 3DS have learned to fear that tree. (There is also something somewhat amusing about how I use the pseudonym of Count Dracula's daughter and summon Count Dracula's son through an Assist Trophy. Neither of them are that fond of their father though.) Match # Mushroom Kingdom Timed Stock (3 Stock, 5 Minutes) I AM PLAYER 1 (Incineroar) Opponents: Player 2: Kinnikuman (Pac-Man) Player 3: Dave (Inkling) Player 4: CS♪Mevans (Inkling) Music: "Ground Theme - Super Mario Bros. 2" For whatever reason, this game was constantly playing the panic music instead of the normal theme for Super Mario Bros. 2. Anyone know what was going on here? Is the mere presence of multiple Inklings enough to freak out the Mushroom Kingdom of 1985? As for this battle, that Pac-Man looked like trouble, and this stage apparently lends itself to one player standing by and watching, which is bad for the others in Stock. (Time has some benefits that people tend to overlook, and this is one of them: You won't win simply by avoiding the action.) Late into the battle is an Assist Trophy I feel is even more overpowered than Arcade Bunny, and that's Isaac, from Golden Sun. He uses the Push spells, which look like yellow Master Hands and sometimes Crazy Hands, which I had mistaken that for initially. Like with Arcade Bunny and Galaga (and technically the Beetle item), Isaac can clasp characters with those giant hands and raise them up into the KO line above, and he can do that as many times as he feels like. Oh yes, and this was two requests, one by Travis and another by masterofanything. Match #4 Mushroomy Kingdom Timed Stock (3 Stock, 5 Minutes) I AM PLAYER 1 (King K. Rool) Opponents: Player 2: JustJorge (Peach) Player 3: CM (Shulk) Player 4: Mega (Mario) Music: "Ground Theme - Super Mario Bros. 2" Here's what that music is SUPPOSED to sound like. Also, don't confuse "Mushroomy Kingdom" with "Mushroom Kingdom." Here is the difference. This fulfills requests by Dani el Dani and ShadowWolfTJC, the former of which requested the white color scheme, because albino alligators are exceedingly rare. Now, I do 3 Stock 5 Minutes for a pragmatic reason: YouTube video length limits used to be 10 minutes, and lag was so bad in Brawl sometimes that I set the time limit at 5 minutes because, at worst, I could still fit a full match into a video. Well, it would've happened sooner or later, but the lag got real out of control with this one. I checked my Internet settings. My down is about 13 Mbps, and my up is about 7 Mbps, which should be more than enough, so I suspect one of the other three was lagging.
