MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) The cover of Madden NFL 2015 is in your hands. The EA SPORTS Madden NFL Cover Vote returns for the fifth year. Voters have narrowed down the selection from 16 of the NFL's biggest stars to two candidates: former Auburn Tiger and Heisman Trophy winner Cam Newton, who currently plays for the Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks' Richard Sherman. Sherman and Newton enter the finals as the top seeds from their respective sides of the bracket, conquering some stiff competition along the way. Sherman triumphed over NFC West rival Colin Kaepernick in the semi-finals, while Cam Newton overcame a strong challenge by Andrew Luck. Both Newton and Sherman will appear ESPN's SportsCenter on Friday, June 6 where the overall winner will be announced. According to bamaonline.com, Newton recently told a young recruit who happened to be wearing an Alabama visor the Tuscalossa school was "not where he needed to be".
