PRICHARD, Ala. (WPMI) People who live in Prichard now have a new tool to help fight crime. It‚„s an app called TipSubmit. The app allows people to submit crime tips anonymously. Once you download the app, you hit New Tip and it gives you the option of choosing the Prichard Police Department Agency, type of crime you‚„re reporting, and the ability to give details on the suspect or the vehicle. You can even send in a picture.You can also text a tip to 274637 with a message. TipSubmit is a part of Prichard‚„s proactive effort to prevent, reduce and solve crime.
