Build Monster Traps with Hybrid Cable-Dumbbell Shrugs

Traps can be a tough muscle to build. This Hybrid version of the dumbbell shrug adds in a second form of resistance...the two low pulleys. This lateral-pulling resistance allows you to target the diagonal-oriented fibers of the traps, which normal shrugs don't hit (and even more so than wide-grip/snatch grip shrugs due to that direct lateral resistance). Shrugs should be done with explosiveness and with a short hold at the top.
