This is a guaranteed pec killer. You'll be combining three different forms of resistance into one set in order to better match the strength curve of the bench press and put mass-building tension on the pecs. To do this, you'll need a set of chains (with hooks or clips to attach them to the dumbbells), a cable machine and dumbbells. Ideally, you'll use ankle straps as well, for your forearms. Get your forearms attached to the low pulleys, then get the dumbbells up and into position for the bench press. Now press. You'll see as I do this one how the dumbbells provide the bulk of the resistance. The chains add more and more resistance as you press up, as more links come off the ground, which matches the strength curve of the bench press. The cables provide inwards-focused resistance as you come to the top. It's incredibly effective for working the pecs.
